It's Dragonair!
Yes, the symmetry in the face is a bit off... but oh well XD
This one took my longer than usual because of the ear/wing details and me trying not to mess up...

Dragonair's awesome.. it's the preevolution of my fav. Pokemon of all time: DragoNITE

Okay. I will see if this is something I really want done. So far theres been talk of touching up my hip tattoo and of a tribal dragon going on my side.

Also, do you have tribal pokemon of these, or could you make these:
